Segarr is a precious fellow with with a very "chill" temperament and high intelligence. Like the rest of our pack, we have found him to be relatively "non-verbal" (not typical of many small breeds), though he is very alert. Segarr loves being with his human companions and is very social. His lush coat, striking a-symmetrical mask, and regal stance make him a head-turner.
